Superb Gem New 67PPQ.A breathtaking Black Eagle that has been blessed with superb margins, great centering, cavernous embossing, and impressive color. There is a courtesy autograph of the "Deputy Assistant Treasurer of New York" although his name has eluded catalogers for years as it seems illegible. A solid four-figure item at this grade level.
