Fr. 214 $10 1879 Refunding Certificate PMG Very Fine 30 Net.This example with serial A17420-D has one of the lowest serial numbers recorded for a Fr. 214. Its provenance can be traced all the way back to the impressive collection once owned by Dallas oilman Robert F. Schermerhorn who died in the late 1950s. This is a nice example for the grade with the restoration mentioned on the third party label being minor and professionally done.
