Fr. 96 $10 1869 Legal Tender PCGS Banknote Choice Unc
64.Beautifully bright, with good original paper surfaces and a world of eye appeal. The back is beautifully centered and well clear of both the top and bottom edges. The central portion of the back design on this note is considerably taller than the face design and is often cut by one edge or the other. This Ten Dollar Rainbow Note fully lives up to its nickname, with the blue, green, red, and black colors of the face blending beautifully with one another. If not for a small masked rust stain, it would easily received the PPQ designation from PCGS. For comparison purposes, the last PMG 64 EPQ note that we sold brought $9,600 in our recent FUN auction.
