Fr. 64 $5 1869 Legal Tender PMG Choice Uncirculated 63 EPQ.A large red scalloped Treasury Seal on the face at right, rich green inks, and cascading blue silk fibers are all highlights on the face of this beautiful, problem free Rainbow Woodchopper. Though held back from a higher grade due to its broad right and top margins and narrow left and bottom margins, this piece is the recipient of PMG's Exceptional Paper Quality award due to its complete paper surface originality. We auctioned two PMG 63 EPQ certified examples of this number in October 2025. One representative brought $5,040, while the other fetched $4,800.
