Fr. 44 $2 1875 Legal Tender PCGS New 61.With 114 examples now recorded in the Track & Price census, this is a scarcer Friedberg number. This example received a PCGS New 61 grade although the margins and centering would seem to merit a somewhat higher grade. The margins, if a bit inconsistent, still fully frame the note and there is only one small stain near the upper margin (above the "e" in "United").
