Fr. 31 $1 1880 Legal Tender PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ.A near-Superb example of the scarce Large Red Seal, Blue Serial Number type, this lovely, well margined note is one of just two pieces graded at this high level by PMG with just one example a single point finer. This well printed beauty, which has also received the comment "Great Embossing" from PMG, is fully the equal of the other PMG Gem 66 EPQ example that we sold for $16,800 three years ago.
