Fr. 18 $1 1869 Legal Tender PMG Very Fine 30.The notes of the 1869 issue are known as "Rainbows" due to the green, red, and blue inks that were used to thwart counterfeiters. These colors are very evident on this pretty, well margined example that has a scattering of pinholes.
