Fr. 17a $1 1862 Legal Tender PCGS Apparent Extremely Fine 45.The margins, though slim, are about as big as one will find for the type. The colors are excellent, and the lack of any distracting marks or folds gives this note a full AU+ appearance. The edge tear is minor and of no real significance.
