Fr. 16c $1 1862 Legal Tender PMG Uncirculated 62 Net.PMG cites, "Repairs." We see only one, a rather professional restoration toward the left end of the top edge which affects nothing but margin area and the outer frameline. The colors are excellent, and the eye appeal quite good on this wholly Uncirculated early Ace.
