Fr. 147 $20 1880 Legal Tender PMG Choice About Unc 58.This type was our Nation's workhorse $20 from 1880 up through the end of the Large Size period. This Elliott-White Fr. 147 was the final signature combination. They are quite common from well circulated through high XF, but they become scarce in the upper grades. This nice 58 is as close to Uncirculated as a note can get without being there.
