Fr. 114 $10 1901 Legal Tender PCGS Banknote Superb Gem Unc 67
PPQ.This is a quite lovely Bison from the first number of the design. The note possesses broad, even margins, perfect color, and beautiful centering of both the front and back. Neither major grading service has graded a Fr. 114 higher. We see in the census that several high-grade pieces are clustered around this very serial number of 20214527. Three years ago, we auctioned a PMG Superb 67 EPQ example which realized $26,400.
