Fr. 110 $10 1880 Legal Tender Superb Gem New. The first note from a truly magnificent cut sheet of Jackass Tens. Each of the four possesses natural paper ripple and deep, original embossing that is so seldom seen on notes that reach the market today. All four are well margined, crackling fresh pieces with superb colors and tremendous eye appeal. Each of the four notes has a blood-red seal and flashy, deep blue serial numbers that contrast perfectly with it. A very special cut sheet that we would hope remains together in spite of its being sold as four separate lots. This kind of freshness is rare on any note, particularly for a scarce Jackass number (under 70 known in all grades combined.)Auction Info
