Problem Free $10 Interest Bearing Note
Fr. 196a $10 1863 Interest Bearing Note PCGS Very Fine 20.This is the most common of the Interest Bearing Notes with just thirty examples known to Track & Price, many of which are right around this grade. That availability makes this the ideal piece for any collector wanting a single middle-of-the-book item. This piece is rather closely margined, but otherwise an ideal example of the grade with super color and no problems. The no problems part is particularly significant since so many of these physically larger notes had their top and bottom edges damaged and subsequently repaired.
