Fr. 1220 $1,000 1922 Gold Certificate PMG Very Fine 25.An overall attractive note which, while listed in the census, is crossing the auction block for the first time. Despite the repairs mentioned by PMG, the eye appeal still remains due to the bright overprint as attested to by PMG's comment "Good Color." An elusive note that is one of just 43 such notes currently listed in the Track & Price census. In our last Central States ANA auction, we sold a PMG Very Fine 20 example, with minor repairs, for $22,200.
