Fr. 1184 $20 1906 Gold Certificate PMG Very Fine 25.This $20 Gold Certificate has the much scarcer Napier-Thompson signature combination. There are approximately 130 notes known, but most are circulated. There have been few high-grade notes sold at auction in recent times. This example has some visible soiling, but the colors retain sharpness on both sides. Ex: our CAA, January 1997 sale, lot 3242.
