Beautifully Bright Fr. 1176--One of 24 Known
Fr. 1176 $20 1882 Gold Certificate PMG Extremely Fine 40 Net. PMG has noted that the piece is repaired and has NET graded it for that reason. What the repair is is not mentioned and we are unable to locate it viewing the note through the holder. It is certainly a pretty piece with strong colors and tons of eye-appeal. Only 24 examples are known in all grades combined--with this piece well more than half way up the census.Auction Info
