Fr. 970* $20 1914 Federal Reserve Star Note Fine.A rare star with this example not in the current Track & Price census of 14 serial numbers. Twelve Fr. 970* star serial numbers are reported in the 2007 third edition and last Murray tome, The Catalog of United States Large Size Star Notes 1910 - 1929 by Douglas D. Murray. This example has a missing lower left corner, scattered red ink spots, and on the back the train vignette has a slight blue hue.
