Fr. 942 $10 1914 Federal Reserve Star Note PCGS Very Choice New 64PPQ. Only 13 Fr. 942 stars are enumerated in the census with this example having the highest third party grade. We sold a VF-XF star example for $4600 in May 2007. This far superior example sports ideal inks, natural paper surfaces, and nice centering.
