Fr. 898a $10 1914 Red Seal Federal Reserve Note PCGS Extremely Fine 45PPQ.An outstanding Red Seal $10 with boardwalk margins, ideal colors, and tremendous print quality. As nice an example as one could ever hope to find at this grade level. And to many collectors, gorgeous honest XFs like this note are far more desirable than a scruffy uncirculated piece. Worth far more than typical XF money.
