Fr. 859c $5 1914 Federal Reserve Note PCGS New 62PPQ.This "c" type Cleveland FRN has paper originality that is easily seen through the third party holder. Although this is the one of the more common Friedberg numbers of this type, these are very challenging to find in the uncirculated grades.
