Fr. 1132 $500 1918 Federal Reserve Note Choice New. Only about a dozen examples of Large Size Kansas City Five Hundreds are in collectors' hands, with a few more permanently ensconced in museums. Only this and three others grade About New or better - including the Grinnell piece which has not been seen since the 1940's. The top margin is slightly close on this note, but the other three margins are huge, and the colors are fully bright.Auction Info
