Description

Fr. 1108 $100 1914 Federal Reserve Note PMG Very Fine 30.
The back design used on the $100 was originally intended to be used as the stock back design for small size currency but was eventually dropped when the introduction of small size currency was delayed until 1928. This $100 has obviously seen circulation but is bright, with good color, margins, and centering for the grade. A very nice addition that faces up quite well for type sets.
