20.The Track & Price Census records just eight examples of this rare Dallas $100 Red Seal FRN, with two being of those being held in the collections of the Smithsonian Institution and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. PMG mentions an annotation, and actually, there are two: 700 lightly penciled on the face between Franklin's portrait and the district seal and a tiny red T in the right margin on the back. Given its rarity, these minor impairments will likely not have much impact on collectors' interest in this note.
