EPQ.A spectacular $50 Federal Reserve Note, this example features nice, even margins and unmistakably original embossing. To date, only two finer notes have been graded for this Friedberg number. A PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ realized more than $10,000 back in 2014. Nothing above the 64 level has been auctioned since that time. With few options for collectors in the Uncirculated range, and fewer than five dozen survivors in total, this is a fortuitous opportunity for today's collectors to finally obtain a Gem example of this tough Friedberg number.
