Uncirculated 64.The Track & Price census totals 16 examples, a number of which are from a run of high grade examples with serial numbers between C181A and C190A, including this note. Of the 11 notes recorded in the PMG Population Report, this is tied with one other note for the second highest grade with two other examples being recorded as PMG 64 EPQ and 66 EPQ grades. The note is well printed on bright white paper with bold colors and decent margins.
