65PPQ.This is the common variety of Kansas City $10 Federal Reserve Bank Notes with the signatures engraved on the plate. It is a beautiful note with perfect color, clearly evident original embossing and ideal centering of both sides. The assigned 65PPQ grade strikes us as a touch conservative. It's a very, very pretty note with all of the technical merits to support its beauty.
