Fr. 789 $5 1915 Federal Reserve Bank Note PMG Choice About Unc 58 EPQ. In spite of a census of 87 pieces, only three are reported as Uncirculated. This note, which PMG has certified as falling just short of fully Uncirculated, is one of the three previously reported as Unc. This is the only Fr. 789 to have been graded by either service, which is rather strange considering the number known. PMG has commented "Exceptional Paper Quality" as well as "Great Embossing". This note may well remain as the finest graded far into the future, and perhaps permanently.From The Thomas M. Flynn Collection
