Fr. 788 $5 1915 Federal Reserve Bank Note PCGS About New 53.The paper is bright with full margins framing the deeply printed designs. The scarce signatures of M.H. Bell and M. B. Wellborn are seen stamped at bottom. Our records show just three other examples have been sold at auction in the last decade or so, making the number of a dozen and a half survivors look skewed.
