Dual Courtesy Autographed Fr. 760 $2 1918 Federal Reserve Bank Note PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ. This $2 FRBN has low serial number 6 and it was autographed by the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond cashier, Geo. H. Keesee and the governor, George Seay, above their respected engraved signatures.
