Description

$100,000 U.S. Treasury Bond of 1963. PCGS Choice New 63.
Serial number 2 graces this $100,000 face value bond and is matched by the $1 Million bond in this auction with the same serial number. A vignette of Ulysses S. Grant was used on this bond as well as the deep red seal used on US Large Size currency prior to 1929. Full margins, bright white paper and perfect paper wave are noted. A couple of minor pinholes may have precluded a PPQ descriptor on this piece.
