Fr. 190b $10 1864 Compound Interest Treasury Note PMG Very Fine 20 Net.We sold this note twice before, in our January 1997 FUN auction and in our April 2008 CSNS auction. Previously, we said, "This good-looking note has lots of original color and excellent eye appeal. It is essentially defect-free, but it has some minor restorations at the edges, none of which appears to reach any part of the design. The restorations are virtually invisible, and the overall appearance of the note is outstanding." PMG has mentioned the repairs.
