Description
Fr. 1367 50¢ Third Issue Justice PMG Extremely Fine 40 EPQ.This would be a rather unremarkable Justice if it were not a 1367, but Fr. 1367 is one of the ten rarest Fractional numbers, and it is a note that is missing from most collections. Owning any 1367 is beyond the means of most Fractional collectors. PMG has graded only seven examples of this number with only two higher grade than this 40 EPQ.
