Description
Fr. 1360 50¢ Third Issue Justice PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ.A wonderful Gem example of this "1" on face variety that has four ample margins, truly an anomaly for these Justice notes. The paper surfaces are quite pleasing, and the overall eye appeal is undeniably lovely. This note is tied with just one other piece graded at this level by PMG, with only one example finer.
