Fr. 1343 50¢ Third Issue Justice PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ.Well embossed corner "50" counters are seen on this Justice with a vivid red back. Bright, white paper, and bright bronzing add to the eye appeal of this beautiful example. "Exceptional Paper Quality" is noted on the back of the third party grading holder and we agree with that notation. In PMG's early days, the "Exceptional Paper Quality" grade modifier was applied to their back label.
