Fr. 1329 50¢ Third Issue Spinner PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ. A beautifully bright example of this much scarcer Allison-Spinner hand-signed Red Back. The colors are spectacular, and the note appears to be a perfect Gem from the face.
