Fr. 1296 25¢ Third Issue PCGS Very Choice New 64PPQ.Only two notes of this number have been graded higher than this example by either service. The plate position indicator "a" is larger and shifted 7mm to the right on this extremely rare variety. 90 different plates were used to print this series and only one plate #144 had this anomaly.
