Fr. 1294SP 25¢ Third Narrow Margin Face Issue Choice New. The bronze surcharge is off-center to the left to the extent that it nearly intrudes into Fessenden's face on the right side and goes off the note on the left side. An interesting if minor error. The bronze "SPECIMEN" on the back is inverted, as is usually the case. Est. 75up
