Fr. 1273SP 15¢ Third Issue Narrow Margin Face PMG Choice Uncirculated 63.This is a fully Uncirculated example of one of the key notes of Specimen Fractionals, the 15¢ Grant and Sherman Face note with autographed signatures of Colby and Spinner. These Specimens were only ever found on the very rare pink and green Fractional Shields and are Rarity-5 notes, with about 35-40 pieces known. This is a well printed and boldly signed note that has a couple of corner tip missing, likely from when it was removed from a shield.
