Fr. 1272SP 15¢ Third Issue Wide Margin Green Back PMG Superb Gem Unc 68. PMG has graded thirty-nine examples of this number, with this lone 68 at the top of the census. The EPQ comment does not appear on the holder as this piece was graded very early in PMG's existence. It will be added by PMG upon request. The note is simply spectacular with huge margins, ideal colors, and paper originality that can be easily discerned through the third party holder.
