Fr. 1251 10¢ Third Issue PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ. A simply lovely example of a Red Back Third Issue Ten Cent. The bronze is bright, as are the paper and inks. The note has tremendous eye appeal, and it is boldly printed all the way out to the frame line at all points.
