Fr. 1251 10c Third Issue PCGS Gem New 66PPQ. This is a lovely example of a Red Back Third Issue Ten Cent. The bronze is bright, as are the paper and inks. The note has tremendous eye appeal and it is boldly printed all the way out to the frame line at all points. PCGS has graded only four 1251s at this level, with only a single 67 above them.Auction Info
