Fr. 1226SP 3¢ Third Issue Narrow Margin Front Choice New. A very attractive example of this far scarcer light background specimen. While this is the far more common variety with regular issue notes, the dark background specimens are the ones that are far more common. This example has good printing and great eye appeal for the grade.
