Fr. 1226 3c Third Issue PMG Superb Gem Unc 67 EPQ. PMG has graded 230 Fr. 1226s with only six 67s, and two 68s. This note is in an older PMG holder with the "Exceptional Paper Quality" comment only on the back. PMG reholders these notes free of charge, which in this case would be well advised as the surface of the holder is somewhat scratchy. A great note at this grade level.Auction Info
