1864-1869, 3c Third Issue, Washington, Fr-1226, AU. This note has very closely trimmed, but even margins. There is some light handling on the reverse, as well as a hard vertical fold along the back left edge. In all likelihood, this note was cut from a block or a strip in recent times.
