Fr. 1286a Slate Back with sharp surcharges and a deep grey reverse color PCGS 63 PPQ, Fr. 1289 Fiber Paper with the T-1-18-63 surcharge PCGS 63PPQ, and Fr. 1290 Fiber Paper with the T-2-18-63 surcharge PCGS 62PPQ.
