This piece lacks the pasted on Washington portrait, while having no values printed, and is canceled with two half moon cancels. This is a wonderful example with the additional benefit of a high third party grade, something that few Progress Proofs will ever attain, as most are handled, glue stained, or otherwise impaired. This nicely preserved beauty has avoided all of those actions.
