Milton 2E50F.2 50¢ Second Issue Essay Choice New. The "DC" bronze overprint note will be needed to complete the eight-note group that would be required to spell out FIRST - WASHINGTON D.C. - SECOND - BALTIMORE, MD. Another essay without the bronze overprint is included in this lot. Both have two half moon cancels, with one cancel coming into contact with the left edge on each.
