Milton 2E25R.2a 25¢ Second Issue Experimental PMG Choice About Unc 58 EPQ. This ex-Ford, FCC Boyd experimental back has a pencilled Valentine number of "222" on the back. It exhibits embossing and ideal color plus the usual cancels and "SPECIMEN" stamping. The Milton number is incorrect on the label as the first digit has been dropped.From the Cocoa Beach Collection
