Milton 2E25R.2a 25¢ Second Issue Experimental Back PMG Choice About Unc 58 EPQ. This experimental back is also an ex-Ford, FCC Boyd piece that has a pencilled "222" on the back. These were printed on a creamy wove paper. It also has the two half moon cancels and the "SPECIMEN" stamping. The Milton number is missing its first digit.From the Cocoa Beach Collection
