Milton 2E25F.4 25¢ Second Issue Experimental PCGS Superb Gem New 67PPQ.Half-moon cancels with purple stamped "SPECIMEN" across the portrait. Wonderfully centered bronze oval. Skeletal "25" on back. This is the rarest of the three basic 25¢ Experimentals. Originally from our 2005 sale of the Tom O'Mara collection where it realized $750.
